A Day In The Life At Protective Packaging

Since joining Protective Packaging in the Accounts team in October 2021, I have seen how the business prides itself on providing the best support to its customers and suppliers. This is evident in the high-quality training I have received from my colleagues in Accounts and showing the passion they share for providing an excellent service – this is a quality that is evident throughout each department at Protective Packaging.

The Accounts Team liaise with a number of different departments such as the Customer Support Team, the Sales Team and the Purchasing Team, in order to get the best outcome for the customers in a timely manner, from issuing and taking payments, to reviewing credit limits and invoices, and taking general enquiries.

The Accounts Team works alongside the Customer Support Team and Sales Team to provide a smooth service that enables customers to receive expert advice and bespoke bags/pouches, all whilst offering short lead times and competitive pricing as well!

Since starting at Protective Packaging, I have also learnt how fantastic the Production Department is in producing large volumes of expertly made bespoke foil bags and pouches. There is a variety of bags that can be ordered from Protective Packaging, which can be made in 24-hour turn around, with no minimum order quantity and no restriction on shape or size, I am confident that Protective Packaging could meet your needs.
