There is a continual drive to improve our Quality Management Systems within Protective Packaging Ltd to ensure that our overall performance is constantly reviewed, measured, analysed to be able to introduce new initiatives for improvement.

With all staff focusing on this module, we are able to add many improved services, not only for our customers, but also between our own departments thereby providing a more tight knit communication structure and streamlining our processes.

Protective Packaging Ltd successfully achieved recertification of our ISO9001:2008 in October last year, which has strengthened the business and processes and we can now happily start our new  challenge by implementing  the new ISO9001:2015 standard.
