After interdepartmental meetings and lots (and lots!) of work from our IT department this month sees the roll out of our new Customer Support check list.

Information is gathered from the order input screen on the sales data base and then a check list is automatically generated,  this is then checked by a member of our dedicated customer support team.  Way beyond a simple tick box, references, postcodes and materials all have to be written in and checked against the original customer order to ensure it’s correct.

This is just one of the many ways the dedicated teams at Protective Packaging Limited  are increasing order accuracy,  ensuring orders are correct before being despatched to  our valued customers.
